1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Asian Delight, a sole trader business operated by Zeeshan Khan at 21 High Lane Street, Manchester, M21 3HQ ("we", "us"). By ordering from us or using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted by telephone (01478 520325) or in person at our premises. A contract for your order is formed when we confirm acceptance (verbally or by beginning preparation). We may refuse or cancel an order if items are unavailable, if we suspect an error in pricing, or if we cannot fulfil delivery. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable; we may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
3. Food, allergens and dietary information
Allergen information for our dishes is available in-store and from our staff on request. Our kitchen handles the 14 major allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame and soy. While we take care, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergen traces. Customers with severe allergies order at their own risk and should speak to staff before ordering. All meat we serve is halal.
4. Service times
Our desi breakfast menu is served until 11:00am; the takeaway menu applies thereafter until closing. Collection times and delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand and weather. Delivery is available within our local delivery area.
5. Offers and promotions
Offers apply to direct orders only unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and are subject to availability. We may withdraw or amend any offer at any time.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because food is prepared fresh to order, cancellations after preparation has begun may not be possible. If your order is incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, tell us at the point of collection or delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. Use of this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, introduce malware, or misuse its content.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, menu descriptions, photography, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Asian Delight and is protected by UK copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses not reasonably foreseeable when your order was accepted. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated: August 2026.
